The Continental breakfast was a muffin lover's dream with tons of options, but I longed for more protein choices like eggs and bacon. The location was primo near the Sky Train.

I almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn't. The breakfast was the same low-quality sausage every day for my 5-night stay. Bed bugs? Yes, please! I'm not saying you'd expect a complimentary gift, but i thought it was just common courtesy after all the trouble. Maybe next time check for cleanliness?

The new coffee makers. The way it smelt when arrived
The front desk guy was rude at first because I didn't have a deposit right away and demanded cash for the whole payment. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door way before it was time to cheak out. And kept bugging us. Made us rush around. Found that was pretty rude. We have until 11am to cheak out. Housekeeping shouldn't bother anyone until after that time. Not 2hrs before the cheak out time. Very rude.knocked on my door more then 3 different times. The bathroom wasn't cleaned right. Tub still dirty and sheet and quilt had a big yellow stain. Hairs in the floor in the washroom.

Patello Bridge construction traffic!

The parking area could use some serious attention!!! It's disorganized and seems to attract more trash than vehicles. The visible presence of discarded cigarette butts from the previous guests really detracts from the overall environment!!!

I certainly like the cleanliness. Bed was comfortable and staffs were very helpful.
The room we were given was right above the check-in area and it was next to the main road. It was bit noisy.

The hotel had a nice little gazebo and garden area for sitting and relaxing with a glass of wine. I appreciated the full breakfast in the lovely breakfast room. The hotel was clean and modern and seemed to be well managed. There was also ample room for parking a truck and large trailer. I really liked that the hotel was close to the skytrain which we could take to downtown Vancouver. The manager was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had about the area.
The hotel didn't seem to be close to any restaurants so it would have been helpful to have had a microwave in the room. I did appreciate having a small fridge though.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with boiled eggs waffles, healthy options. Its location is excellent and particularly good short walk to a train station, the sky train, shoppin center and several fast food restaurants and a couple of malls. Again, the property is located a 10-15 minute walking distance from Forsyth Park.
